Exchange and Return
30 days return policy
When you make an exchange, we cover the return fee. Email your order number and information about what you want to exchange or return.
For returns, the customer covers the shipping cost.
We process your return within 7 business days from the time we receive it.
All refunds are processed as soon as we have received and checked the products.

Complaints
If something is wrong with your order, contact us directly at maria@lamuwool.se to get complaint details.
We will receive your complaint and get back to you on how to proceed with the case, but the complaint must be made within 5 days from the time you received your order.
The customer is obliged to report any transport damage to Postnord and to us within 5 business days from the time the item was received. Therefore, the customer should inspect the condition of the item and unpack it immediately upon receipt. In the event of any transport damage, the packaging should be saved for potential return or exchange of the item.
Unclaimed packages/incorrect information
If we receive back packages that were not picked up from Postnord or if the customer has provided incorrect information that prevents the order from being delivered, we reserve the right to charge you 150 SEK/15 €. The fee corresponds to the actual costs for return shipping and handling.
