Delivery
We deliver to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
Our delivery time to Sweden, Denmark, and Finland is usually 2-5 business days from the day we receive your order. (During major holidays, some delivery delays may occur) We send our shipments with PostNord. An order confirmation is automatically sent via email.
Please note that it can take up to 5 business days for PostNord to deliver after the order is dispatched from us.
If a delivery delay occurs on our part, we will notify you via email. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We always do our best to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to fulfill the order, such as when our supplier cannot fulfill their commitment to us.
The customer is obliged to report any transport damage to PostNord as well as to us within 5 business days from when the item was received.
All packaging and goods must be kept unchanged by the customer until the matter is resolved with PostNord.
